Cuscus is a dish originating from the Arabic cuisine (Maghreb), with time it spread all over the world.
It can be cooked with vegetables, chicken, meat and lamb, chickpeas, raisins, almonds, as well as in salads or tabbouleh. It is very easy and quick to cook.
