Cream cheese spread, is one of the most consumed dairy products in the world. It is made with a mixture of lactic acid fermentation, milk and cream. Its use is not limited only to spreading it on bread. There are many recipes that use it as the main ingredient.
Ingredients: Cream cheese (pasteurized raw cow’s milk, lactic acid starter culture), palm oil, salt, emulsifier salt (E339). No rennet or preservatives added. Fat in dry matter: 65% min. Allergen source: Contains milk.
How to store:
Store between 2 – 25°C. Refrigerate at 5°C or lower after opening.
Store under cool, dry conditions. Do not expose to frost.
